The purpose of the job is to assure the management of the plant complaints, both from internal and external customers.

- Act as contact person in reference to the claims; manage complaints and coordinate relevant activities including problem analysis, communication, blocking procedures and defect correction processes. Monitor complaint costs
- Immediate action plan implementation to manage quality problem; first level analysis of quality problems detected at incoming area
- Support to definition and implementation of fast reworks for guaranteeing the supply continuity and taking decision on inhouse scrapped goods
- Identify potential cost savings
- Coordination/creation of documentation, taking into account customer-specific guidelines
- Assure creation of global series evaluations, the documentation of results, the recognition of deviations and the development of suggestions in cooperation with the customer, participating in regular meeting with the customer.
- Professional/graduated education ( experienced professional) usually acquired through rechnical secondary school diplom or professional certification
- 3-5 years of experience in the related field
